The video below describes how ISPs are going to start limiting connectivity to certain websites. They are going to start treating the internet like cable, offering different packages that give you access to certain websites. Apparently Comcast has already begun to limit network access, not by websites, but just through bandwidth. Article here
If this actually happens, we are all totally screwed. Sites like this could be limited in as little as two years.

How to make a blog list

You can follow the video below to make the list like I have to the right. The easiest way to do it is to go to your layout and click "Add a Page Element". "Blog List" should be the first item in the list of elements you can add to your blog. Once you've selected this, you can add as many blog links as you like and even select custom names for them. You can also give your list a title and sort the blogs by name or by date (most recent blog added). Once you've added all the blogs you wish to add, click save and you will be returned to your layout page where you can drag the box that represents your blog list to wherever you would like it to appear on your blog page. Hope my instructions and the video below helps anyone who was trying to do this.

TOO HOT!!!

Good lord it was friggen hot this weekend. And what made it worse was I had to mow my lawn on saturday and then fertilize it on sunday. Which meant being outside for approx two hours each day. And I didnt take a break because I knew once I got inside my nice cool house I would have stayed there. I probably lost at least 5 pounds of pure sweat this weekend. Anyways, hope everyone had a better weekend than me, and I'm sure like me, everyone is scampering to getting their paper done, so I'm gonna get back to that now.

My weekend in DC

I know its been a week since memorial day weekend, but I figured I should still post about my weekend. I went down to DC to see my uncle play in a show. My uncle, Robert Goldstein, is the lead guitarist in the Urban Verbs, who had a reunion show this weekend at a club in downtown DC. They were popular during the late 70s and early 80s in the DC area and even had a record deal with Warner Brothers. I've posted a video below from the show we saw last saturday night. It was a lot of fun and a treat to see my uncle the rocker in his natural habitat.

My first step into the blogging world

As the title suggests, this is my first post on any kind of blog. In fact, this is my first webpage to post any kind of content on due to the fact that I dont have Myspace OR Facebook. Shocking I know, but I already spend enough time online and dont need anything else to occupy myself. Below is actually a picture of my favorite shirt that clearly lets the world know I'm not a myspacer.
Guess thats it for now, I'll probably be posting at least one more time before the week is out. Back to work.
